How it works!
When the mail will arrive
Mail is sent by the 18th of every month. It takes 1-2 weeks to arrive in the US and 2-3 weeks Internationally. Thanks for being patient!
The cut off for signing up
If you sign up after the 10th of the month, then your first mail will be the following month. For example, if you sign up August 11th your first mail will be September's.
What is snail mail?
All mail is sent the old fashioned way with stamp postage only - no tracking!
How to pause, skip or cancel
You can skip a month, pause or cancel your subscription by signing into your account using the email you joined the club with. You can also click the "view order" button on any confirmation email. If you need help managing your subscription contact the shop.
How to change your address
Please contact the shop with your updated address information. Make sure to let us know before the 10th of the month so that your mail is not sent to the wrong place!
When signing up please make sure to put your FULL address, with any building numbers, apartment/unit info etc.
The monthly subscription
Your subscription will auto-renew and charge you every month on the same day you first signed up. For example, if you join on March 3rd your next payment will be April 3rd.
Why you may get charged again without getting mail yet
You may get charged for the next month while your first goodies are still making their way to you. If you sign up close to the cut off (10th of the month) this can happen as you have a longer initial wait for your first mail.
For example, if you signed up May 12th your first mail will be June's. You would be charged on June 12th for July, but June's mail might still be on the way to you.
