Shipping

  • All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days and arrive to you according to the shipping option chosen at check out. Standard shipping takes about 1-2 weeks to arrive within the USA and 2-3 weeks International.

  • Oh no! If you put the wrong address by mistake no need to panic - just get in touch and we'll sort it out for you.

Returns & Refunds

  • Requests for returns or replacements must be submitted within one week of delivery.

  • All items must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued after we have received the items. Shipping costs are not refundable

Shop Account

  • Access your account by clicking the icon in the shop menu bar to log in, or click "view order" on any order confirmation email.

  • Can't log into your account? Your email from your order might be wrong, get in touch and we can update your contact information to match so that you can access your account and order history.
Mail Club FAQs
When the mail will arrive

Mail is sent by the 18th of every month. It takes 1-3 weeks to arrive in the US and 2-4 weeks Internationally. Thanks for being patient!
The cut off for signing up

If you sign up after the 14th of the month, then your first mail will be the following month. For example, if you sign up August 17th your first mail will be September's.
What is snail mail?

All mail is sent the old fashioned way with stamp postage only - no tracking!
How to pause, skip or cancel

You can skip a month, pause or cancel your subscription by signing into your account using the email you joined the club with. You can also click the "view order" button on any confirmation email. If you need help managing your subscription contact the shop.
How to change your address

Please contact the shop with your updated address information. Make sure to let us know before the 10th of the month so that your mail is not sent to the wrong place!

When signing up please make sure to put your FULL address, with any building numbers, apartment/unit info etc.
The monthly subscription

Your subscription will auto-renew and charge you every month on the same day you first signed up. For example, if you join on March 3rd your next payment will be April 3rd.
Why you may get charged again without getting mail yet

You may get charged for the next month while your first goodies are still making their way to you. If you sign up close to the cut off (14th of the month) this can happen as you have a longer initial wait for your first mail.

For example, if you signed up May 20th your first mail will be June's. You would be charged on June 20th for July, but June's mail, sent on the 18th, might still be on the way to you.
